Integrated regional project 'Unified cultural differences'
On 21st May our progymnasium commemorated the World Day of the cultures, whose main goal is to preserve national identity, freedom and cooperation, to develop tolerance for other cultures and to each other. That day there was held the final event of integrated educational languages - dance – IT project “Unified cultural differences”. We had students and teachers of our school social partners from Klaipeda Herman Zuderman gymnasium, Priekulė Ieva Simonaitytė gymnasium, Klaipeda Jeronimas Kačinskas music school. There were presented the ongoing international programs (Comenius Multilateral School Partnership Project “U3N”, Erasmus + strategic partnerships project" We Are the World, We Are The Children”, an exchange project "Cultural Bridge: Klaipeda-Berlin”, a Comenius bilateral project" Shared Treasures "and Comenius Multilateral School Partnership Project F.I.V.E.) and the countries that are taking part in them, their culture and traditions. Pupils presented interesting reports and performed folk dances. The event provided an opportunity to understand the importance of cultural diversity better.
